Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We're happy to accept returns & exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Returns & exchanges are subject to a $8 shipping fee and 20% restocking fee per item.
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
An additional $5 fee will be implemented if a product is received with an unreasonable amount of hair or fur. Please lint roll all items before returning.
Any return or exchange that is sent back to us containing non-refundable items will be considered an unauthorized return and can not be refunded.
How do I start a domestic return/exchange?
Visit our return portal here.
1. Log in to your account:
1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Request return".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
Refunds will be processed 2-3 days after they arrive at our warehouse.
The fastest way to make an exchange is by purchasing the new item from our online store after completing your eligible return through our portal.
Any return or exchange that is sent back to us containing non-refundable items will be considered an unauthorized return and can not be refunded.
How do I start an international return/exchange?
You may self-return or exchange (postage paid by the customer) your order within 30 days of the delivery date. Please include a note of exchange or return. Once received we will process your request within 2-5 business days.

What are your shipping methods and how long do they take?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 in the U.S.
We have the following shipping options available in the U.S.
Shipping times do not include processing times. Standard orders are processed in 2-3 business days.
- No Rush - 7-10 Business Days
- UPS Ground - 3-5 Business Days
- UPS 2 Day - 2 Business Days, Processing begins the next business day.
- UPS Overnight - 1 Business Day, Processing begins the next business day.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after they've been placed.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number once your order is packaged at our warehouse. Tracking links generally need 48–72 business hours to be updated with tracking information.
What if my order has been marked as delivered but I haven’t received it?
If your order is marked as delivered, but you still have not received your package, a few things may have occurred:
- Your delivery person puts your package somewhere discreet to make sure no one steals it—behind a plant, under a bush.
- Your delivery person marked your package as delivered a few days in advance, and the package may still be on the way.
- A neighbor or roommate may have accepted the package for you.
If the above doesn't apply and you can't find the package, please double-check the shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure that the order was shipped to the correct address.
If the package is marked as delivered and still hasn’t shown up after ten days, please file a claim with the carrier and let us know by emailing us at info@goodthomas.com
Please note: We are not responsible for orders shipped to a third-party forwarding service. Please contact the third-party shipper if any shipping issues arise with an order shipped to a forwarding address, including lost shipments, or questions regarding tracking.

Size Help
What size is my dog?
Weight categories are a general guide for your dog's size, but each breed does vary. For example, bully breeds often have wide chests that need to be taken into consideration when choosing the best fit for them. That's why we recommend measuring your dog's chest for the most accurate sizing.

How do I measure my dog?
Measure your dog's chest circumference around the widest part of their chest and shoulders. Use the size chart on each specific product page to find the chest circumference of the shirt and select a size based on that measurement. We also provide the back length measurement of our dog shirts, however, we don’t recommend selecting the size based on this.
If your pup is between sizes, we recommend you size up to allow them extra room. Supervision is advised while your dog is wearing their threads.

What size am I?
Our human style size guide provides standard chest, waist, and hip circumference measurements that are taken from the physical garment. Take your measurements and check them with the size chart to determine the best size for yourself.

Can I get a price adjustment?
We can honor a one-time price adjustment on orders within 10 days of your purchase date. Please email us at info@goodthomas.com and we will assist you with this.
