We're happy to accept returns & exchanges on regular-priced, unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, unworn, hair-free) 30 days after their delivery. Returns have a $7 shipping label fee, which is waived if you opt for an exchange or a store credit refund.

A $5 fee will be implemented when the product is received with an unreasonable amount of hair upon return. If your friend is hairy we suggest lint rolling your item.

Domestic Return/Exchanges

To initiate your domestic return or exchange head over to our Return & Exchange Portal. Refunds will be processed 2-3 days after they arrive at our warehouse. Exchange orders will be shipped 2-3 business days after they are processed.

International Return/Exchanges

You may self-return or exchange (postage paid by the customer) your order within 30 days of the delivery date. Please include a note of exchange or return. Once received we will process your request within 2-5 business days.

Final Sale Merchandise Policy

You may return or exchange your sale item within 30 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Please note a $7 shipping label fee and $5 restocking fee will apply to all returned final sale items. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and hair-free. Please include all original packaging and hang tags.

Defective/Wrong Items

Exceptions

For a return or exchange that is past our 30-day policy, you may self-return (paid postage by the customer) or exchange your order within 60 days of delivery for store credit. Please note a $5 restocking fee will apply to all returns when received past 30 days of the ship date.

Holiday Return Policy

For orders that ship between November 8th and December 24th, we've extended our return window to allow for returns up until January 31st.
