Standard Return Policy

We're happy to accept returns & exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Returns & exchanges are subject to a $8 shipping fee and 20% restocking fee per item.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

An additional $5 fee will be implemented if a product is received with an unreasonable amount of hair or fur. Please lint roll all items before returning.

Any return or exchange that is sent back to us containing non-refundable items will be considered an unauthorized return and can not be refunded.

Holiday Sale Return Policy

This time of year is the most special for our little brand. To make sure we can offer the biggest savings possible — and get gifts delivered in time — our Black Friday / Cyber Monday sale is Final Sale.

While we can’t make standard changes to holiday orders, we will always do our best to help. If sizing isn't quite right, we may be able to offer a one-time exchange for store credit, as long as items are unworn, in pristine condition, and returned with a standard restocking fee and return shipping covered by the customer. Some items are made-to-order, which cannot be return or exchanged, as we do not stock this inventory.
