Costly Disappointment

We searched so many sites for updating our holiday PJs and to include a set for our dog. The dog's arrived first and the fabric and print were nice. When the adult sizes arrived the graphic was blurry and the fabric wasn't anything like the dog one. They were 60$ per set for the adults and I thought the risk of no returns was in guessing the right unisex size. I had no idea the risk would be in the quality. I also notice that the adult version is no longer on the website. Hmmmmmm.

To clarify, the adult Santa Sleighs style is a newly created 2-piece PJ set and is slightly different from our original adult onesie — this information is noted on the product page to help set expectations before purchase. While the silhouette and fabrication differ, the coordinated print is designed to give that same magical, matching holiday look for photos and family moments.

As for the product no longer being visible on our site — these are made-to-order, and at this point in the season we’ve removed them to avoid disappointing anyone who may not receive them by Christmas. It’s not related to quality concerns, but simply to holiday delivery cutoffs.

The matching pjs were so cute and customer service was great! We had an issue with the medium sized pant cuffs being very oversized and loose. We were sent a replacement pair that had the same issue, unfortunately. Customer service was great and we believe it was just a defective design since we didn’t have that issue with any of the other sets or the size L! Overall great experience except for the one issue with the pants.
