We're happy to accept returns & exchanges for full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Returns & exchanges are subject to a $8 shipping fee and 20% restocking fee per item.
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
An additional $5 fee will be implemented if a product is received with an unreasonable amount of hair or fur. Please lint roll all items before returning.

What if my dog is really fluffy or has a lot of fur?
We recommend sizing up to accommodate all of your pup’s gorgeous locks.
What if my dog has super short legs?
We recommend purchasing our knits that are sleeveless or short sleeve items.You can also roll the sleeves up at the hem which helps give a tailored look.
What if my dog is really tall and has a leaner build?
We recommend buying more form fitting styles that have some stretch for your pup such as sweaters, sweatshirts, and knits.
What if my dog has a broad chest?
No worries, we recommend styles with stretch to accommodate your pup’s broad chest. Taking their chest measurement will also help you select the proper size by using our size chart on each product page.
What if my dog is on the longer side?
We recommend taking your pup’s chest measurements and using our size chart on each product page to select their best size. Shirts might end up slightly shorter on their long frame but don’t fret — they’ll still look just as cute in them!

I've gotten compliments that my god looks super spiffy or that my dog looks very demure. But here's the drawback. Because the shirt length is a little long and it fits as a shirt does.. it covers his male parts and if I am not paying attention he will pee up his shirt towards his face.. so I put a hair tie on the shirt to help prevent accidents. Now let's talk shipping. I order more regularly from spark paws and a few other resources. With this said I do love these products... but shipping took longer then anticipated. My order took over 2 weeks to arrive. I ordered with what I felt like was ample time for sed products to arrive. I'll admit I wanted to see when I ordered these products along side a larger order from spark paws. Now my order from spark was about 15items. So not a small order and a buddy just got a puppy. The day before I placed the order from Thomas. Thinking they would arrive in order that I placed them..I patiently waited. My order from good thomas said the order was placed and I got a confirmation. Generally the items are shipped withing 3 to 4 days.. my order was not shipped put for about a week and by the time I got the email telling me my shipping g order the order I placed second had already arrived. So it took about a week for me to recieve my products from spark and over 2 weeks to get them from good thomas.. would have been nice to have had cute family picks in shirts with the kids and dog..but we got cute picks in sweatshirts instead.

This is our second year buying good Thomas matching outfits for our annual photo shoot and we love it so far. The quality is good and if holds well.
We got our dog’s flannel based on the body weight but felt it was tight for her and she weight around 60Lb and unfortunately they did not have the best size in stock.
We will continue using their clothes for our annual photo shoot as they have great seasonal prints.
